"B.B.Q. Steak-Shrimp-Stir fry, with home made sauces!"

Some things that you will need to start; (when this is all put together, you can't believe it)

One Prime Rib, a few large shrimp and one baking potato for each person eating
.
One each, yellow, red and orange bell pepper.
Four or five of your favorite mild to hot peppers. (preferably some HOT ones)
One or two large white onions.
Shredded cheddar cheese or cheese of choice.

A mix of fresh veggies for a diced up & spiced up stir-fry used for the baked potato topping. (Celery, leeks, cabbage, onions, peppers, fresh garlic, squash & boc-choy and the sweet potato) all diced small.

Buttermilk dressing, two fresh avocados, fresh horseradish and seasoning (This is for the steak sauce or dip)

One nice, large, fresh cucumber & fresh tomatoes very important!
Now for my B.B.Q. sauce and general seasoning mix for the whole meal;

Dry ingredients;
Cumin, Turmeric, Curry Powder, Ground Cayenne, Kosher Salt, Fresh Ground Black  Pepper & instant coffee grains.

Wet ingredients;
Maple Syrup, Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Catsup, A splash of Soy Sauce & A Splash of Wosheshire Sauce and water.

And as always; Fresh Garlic everywhere on every thing!!!

Cold, raw, fresh, sliced cucumber and tomato on top of it all just before serving, it makes a
wonderful cool crisp topper to the overall taste!

Marinade your steaks in your homemade b.b.q. sauce, the longer the better up to overnight.
With olive oil in a hot fry pan, quick fry your steaks on each side. In a glass baking pan add an inch or so of your b.b.q. sauce and your steaks, bake for around one hour in an oven preheated to 200.

Fry your shrimp in the steak juices in the fry pan.

Stir fry your diced veggies in olive oil and a splash of seasoned vinegar until they are reduced add a little water to get a sauce going scoop the veggies over your baked potatoes that should already have melted butter and cheese on them.
